Justin Bieber Paternity Saga Continues with DNA

The Justin Bieber paternity saga continued this week when lawyers for Mariah Yeater confirmed that a DNA test will be performed on her son to compare the results against the blood of Bieber. To prove that he is not the father, Justin Bieber previously agreed to DNA testing.

According to TMZ, Jeffrey Leving, lawyer for Mariah Yeater, revealed that DNA testing will be done on Yeater’s son in an attempt to prove whether Justin Bieber is the father of her baby boy.

As reported, Leving also told TMZ that he has an issue with Justin Bieber’s recent DNA test since no one representing Yeater was present at the time.

Mariah Yeater’s lawyer added that his camp has been in touch with Bieber’s legal team in order to reach an agreement on new DNA procedures.

    did any one tell the mother of the baby that if and I do mean if- but I highly dout that Mr Bibber is the father of the baby-that she could go to jail for haveing sex with some one under age.  Because after all she was 19 and he was 16. So lets see how this plays out. and Mr. Biber in my oppion should find some way that he could sue that woman when this is all said and done. Becasue if the Clebs would start sueing people like her then maybe peple would not be brring untrue claims aginst them.

    Hey what about her?  Even if he did have sex with her she was of age and he was not, so that is statutory rape.  So if I were her I would drop everything.   If he is the dad she goes to jail and loses the kid to him and she might have to pay him child support and a fine for having sex with an underage kid.

    Does anyone remember the whole Kobe Bryant rape incident.  It was the same thing…at the time Kobe was the NBA’s good guy…when the girl in Colorado reported that he raped her everyone called her a liar because Kobe was such a good guy…he could never do that.  Well turns out that he wasnt as great as he was made out to be…Does anyone remember the Tiger Woods scandal.  He was Golf’s good guy…turns out he wasnt as great as everyone made him out to be.   The fact is we dont know these celebrities at all…they are what their publicists paint them out to be.  I just hope that if he is the father he does the right thing and if he isnt that they make an example out of her within the confines of the legal system so that no one else comes after him.

    you guys are missing the point at the time this woman’s baby was conceived, Justin was only 16, which means if it is his baby she committed statutory rape on this BABY, which is what Justin was. I know what 16 year olds will do if given the opportunity but normally it is with other 16 year olds.
