Vinny Guadagnino of Jersey Shore recently attributed the success of the MTV reality series to a range of age demographics across the country.
Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino chatted with New York Daily News about the success of Jersey Shore and what he sees as the key factor to the show’s popularity. For Vinny, it seems like Jersey Shore is a hit with people of all ages.
“I’m in a bar with fiftysomething-year-old women,” said Vinny, “and they’re acting the same way as the little kids were. It’s every single person, it’s every single age group. It’s the old people, they get a kick out of it. The little kids, they just like it because it’s on MTV.”
Although the cast of Jersey Shore went to Italy in season four, it was back to work again for season five soon after they touched down in the U.S.. In the interview, Vinny also mentioned that the party life was starting to take its toll . “Coming to back to New Jersey,” Vinny added, “it really got to me. Partying isn’t every aspect [of] my personality. Some people can do it for a year straight. Me, to be mentally healthy, there are a couple things I need.”
