NBC released a new preview for Betty White’s Off Their Rockers, a reality series hosted by White in which senior citizens prank unsuspecting young people.
Although a special preview of Betty White’s Off Their Rockers will air on January 16 at 9:30/8:30c following NBC’s 90th birthday celebration for the former Golden Girl, the network released an early preview of the new senior citizen prank show.
In an official announcement made over the weekend at the Television Critics Association in Los Angeles, NBC revealed that Off Their Rockers takes stereotypes surrounding the elderly and blows them out of the water as senior citizens pull shocking, unexpected pranks on the younger generation.
Prior to the network sneak peek of Off Their Rockers, NBC will air Betty White’s 90th Birthday: A Tribute to America’s Golden Girl in which such celebrities as Ellen DeGeneres, Morgan Freeman, Tina Fey, and more pay tribute to Betty White on her birthday.
