Green Arrow May Find Life on The CW

The CW may soon bring Green Arrow to life as a new super hero series only a year after the departure of Smallville, which ran for ten seasons.

The Green Arrow pilot is currently being penned by writers Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim who will also produce the super hero series with Fringe producer Andrew Kreisberg. However, it appears that the Green Arrow is only “nearing” an order on The CW at this stage and has not officially been given the full green light for a pilot or complete series.

Although Justin Hartley played Oliver Queen, aka Green Arrow in Smallville, Hartley is not currently attached to the Arrow project at this stage.
