Ahead of the highly publicized interview between Dr. Phil McGraw and Cindy and George Anthony, Dr. Phil recently shared his thoughts about the parents of Casey Anthony with the women of The View.
According to People, Dr. Phil McGraw appeared on The View to discuss his upcoming interview with Cindy and George Anthony, the parents of Casey Anthony, who was recently acquitted of murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. While on The View, Dr. Phil revealed that Cindy Anthony looks for an answer to everything. “She seems to make an excuse at every turn,” said McGraw, adding that Cindy is “very much in denial” about recent events surrounding her daughter.
In addressing the trial accusations that George Anthony at one time molested his daughter, Dr. Phil mentioned that George didn’t appear to the type of person who would have sexually abused his daughter, or that the family was dysfunctional. “I think it will change people’s view,” said Dr. Phil, “whether they liked them before or didn’t.”
