Draw Something to Become CBS Game Show

341 days ago by Reg Seeton

The mobile and tablet game Draw Something will soon be adapted for television after CBS gave an order for a pilot of the Ryan Seacrest produced game show.

The Draw Something pilot was given a green light by CBS after what Hollywood Reporter confirmed as a bidding war for the TV adaptation of the popular mobile game by Zynga. For those who are not familiar with Draw Something on mobile and tablet devices, the game pits competitors against each other as they draw something to earn points.

Now, with the backing of CBS and Ryan Seacrest Productions, Draw Something will soon be a television show that will tap into audiences in the same manner as the old Win, Lose or Draw series and fans of Pictionary.

As THR reveals, a host for Draw Something has yet to be named.

I think it’s a great idea to make “Draw Something”
a game show. I wonder who will be the host? I watch
CBS all the time so I’ll have to watch it sometime
    when it airs.
