Oprah Winfrey has topped the Forbes Highest Paid Celebrity list for a fourth straight time with earnings of $165 million over the past year ending in May.
Oprah landed on top of the Forbes list of highest paid celebrities for a fourth time in a row despite leaving her long running talk show to focus on her OWN network. Oprah earned $165 million between May 2011 and May 2012 to rank her at the top of the Forbes list.
Rounding out the top three on the newly released Forbes list were Transformers director Michael Bay with $160 million and Steven Spielberg at $130 million.
Michael Bay’s Transformers: Dark of the Moon took in over $1 billion at the box office while Spielberg broke the bank with Tintin and War Horse over the past year.
