Miley Cyrus is reportedly in talks for the role of Bonnie Parker in the upcoming Lifetime and History miniseries about famous criminal duo Bonnie & Clyde.
Now out from behind her Disney image as Hannah Montana, Deadline reveals that Miley Cyrus is apparently negotiating for the role of Bonnie Parker, the female half of the outlaw duo Bonnie and Clyde with robber Clyde Barrow in the 1930s.
Executive produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, the four-hour Bonnie & Clyde miniseries will air on both Lifetime and History. Produced by A&E, Bonnie & Clyde mark the first time that the network has created a television special to air across multiple channels.
If Miley Cyrus does land the Bonnie & Clyde role, it would be another step forward in transforming from young teen star to a more mature singer-turned-actress.
Do you think Miley would make a good Bonnie Parker?
