The second trailer for Django Unchained was released on Thursday and gives movie fans an extended look at the new Western from director Quentin Tarantino.
Now that the second trailer for Django Unchained has arrived, fans of Quentin Tarantino get more in the way of new scenes and classic Tarantino style dialogue. Although the first trailer for Django Unchained was more serious in teasing the story, the second reveals the comedy underneath the serious subject matter of slavery.
In Django Unchained, Jamie Foxx stars as Django, a slave on the auction block who makes a deal with a bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz) to hunt down a murderous gang of brothers in exchange for freedom and the rescue of his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) from the plantation of owner, Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).
In the newly released trailer, fans also get a look at Jonah Hill on horseback, more of Samuel L. Jackson, and more dialogue from Jamie Foxx’s Django character. In one scene with Leonardo DiCaprio’s curious villain Calvin Candie, Django replies, “I’m curious as to why you’re so curious.” Classic Tarantino all the way!
