
Beyonce will headline the halftime show at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans on February 3
Pepsi announced a new photo contest that will allow 100 fans to introduce Beyonce at the halftime show at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
On Saturday, Pepsi made the contest announcement that will give 100 fans the chance to introduce Beyonce at Super Bowl XLVII on February 3 for her halftime show.
In order to be selected, fans must submit photos of themselves in various “dancing” poses such as head bopping, feet tapping and hip shaking. The selected Super Bowl contest photos will then be featured in a TV ad introducing Beyonce’s halftime performance.
50 selected fans (plus 1 friend) will then join the Beyonce on stage at the Superdome for the halftime show in New Orleans.
To enter, fans must go to Super Bowl Halftime contest at Pepsi to submit their photos before the January 19 deadline. For those interested in appearing with Beyoncé on stage, photos must be submitted by January 11.
Super Bowl XLVII will mark the first time Beyonce has headlined the halftime show after singing the national anthem at the 2004 Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston.
