The Biggest Loser returns for Season 14 Sunday, January 6 at 9/8c on NBC
The Biggest Loser returns to NBC on January 6 with trainer Jillian Michaels back to join Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince in a “Challenge America” edition of the popular reality series.
With the childhood obesity epidemic at an alarming, all-time high, jeopardizing the health of kids and future generations, The Biggest Loser is committed to tackling the critical issue.
This season The Biggest Loser will feature three children to serve as ambassadors of change who can inspire kids all over the country to get healthy.

The Biggest Loser focus for the kids will be on getting healthy rather than numbers on a scale, so they will not be eligible for elimination and will not weigh in on camera. The kids work at both the ranch and at home, and their progress will be featured in every episode. The new 15 contestants will be divided into three teams of five adults who will be paired with one child participant who will compete with and contribute to their respective teams.
The newly released previews of The Biggest Loser give fans a look at the new contestants, their challenges, their time in the gym, The Biggest Loser Challenge America, and Season 14 health tips from the trainers.
