When The Biggest Loser returns for Week 5 of Season 14, emotions run high with one contestant while previously eliminated players return for makeovers.

Ahead of Week 5 of The Biggest Loser: Challenge America, The Deadbolt has a first look preview of the emotional battle one contestant faces on her journey after a new segments kicks off an ongoing series of makeovers with eliminated players.

For the first time ever on The Biggest Loser, previously eliminated contestants return to the ranch for makeover segments beginning on Monday, January 28. The makeovers were shot halfway through the season and will start airing in this week’s episode to celebrate the rewarding and impressive transformations.

Since most early contestants never make it to makeover week on The Biggest Loser, fans will see previously eliminated ranchers from the season get glammed up for their own “makeover” photo shoots like those who went on without them. The new transformation segments will air in the first half hour of each episode of The Biggest Loser going forward, with a different eliminated contestant featured every week showing off their new slimmer selves in stylish new clothes.

Later in the Week 5 episode on January 28, one Biggest Loser contestant struggles to keep trying despite weight loss setbacks, while Dr. H and one of the trainers help another player realize the importance of addressing the emotional issues that contributed to his weight gain.

In the newly released clip for this week’s Biggest Loser, trainer Bob Harper gives necessary inspiration to Blue Team member Alex who’s having a hard time believing she can beat her weight loss demons.

Also in Week 5, Chef Devin Alexander stops by The Biggest Loser ranch to teach the Season 14 contestants them how to eat healthy on a budget that can feed a family of four for just $12.

Which previously eliminated Biggest Loser players would you like to see made over the most?
