According to Fox News, actress Scarlett Johansson and other celebrities were contacted by the FBI earlier this year about a hacking ring, who may have been responsible for the recently leaked nude photos of Johansson on the web.
As reported, FBI Los Angeles spokesperson Ari Dekofsky revealed to Fox News that Scarlett Johansson and other celebrities were contacted by FBI agents months ago about the threat of being hacked. The report goes on the say that Johansson “met quietly with agents from the FBI’s Los Angeles office in early 2011.”
Scarlett Johansson was the victim of a cell phone hack that resulted in two nude photos of Johansson being uploaded to the Internet last week. The photos have since been taken down from various websites after Johansson’s lawyer, Marty Singer, issued a cease and desist letter.
