Conrad Murray Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter

Dr. Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson after a jury rendered the guilty verdict on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles.

After six weeks of testimony, a jury has found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. The jury announced their verdict at 1:15 PM PST.

When the jury was dismissed, the legal team of Conrad Murray asked Judge Michael Pastor to set sentencing for November 29. The prosecution asked Judge Pastor to hold Conrad Murray in custody until his sentencing without the possibility of bail since he is now considered a felon.

The judge agreed to the prosecution’s request. On November 29, Conrad Murray faces up to four years in prison.
