The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray Bonus Features

The Dark Knight Rises will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 4 with a slew of bonus features for Batman fans to enjoy.

As first reported by Entertainment Weekly, the Blu-ray editions of The Dark Knight Rises will be packed with bonus features and will be released as The Dark Knight Rises on Blu-ray and The Dark Knight Trilogy Limited Edition Giftset. After the new year in 2013, fans will be able to purchase The Dark Knight Trilogy Ultimate Collector’s Edition.

As an added bonus, fans will also be able to get their hands on a collectible Limited Edition Bat Cowl that comes complete with a … well, bat cowl.

The Dark Knight Rises’ Blu-ray combo pack will feature the previously aired documentary about the Batmobile, and a special “making of” docu-feature called Ending the Knight with several segments on how Christopher Nolan and the production brought The Dark Knight Rises to life, from Batman vs. Bane and demolishing a city street to The War on Wall Street.

The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray and DVD will also include a featurette called The Journey of Bruce Wayne.

The Dark Knight Trilogy Giftset will sell for $52.99, the Bat Cowl Limited Edition for $39.99, and $35.99 for the standard Blu-ray combo.
