New Arrow Photos Show DC Villain China White

The CW released new Arrow photos for the October 17 episode called “Honor Thy Father” in which Kelly Hu guest stars as DC Comics villain China White.

Following its series debut last week, Arrow drew 4.02 million viewers to become the most watched telecast on The CW of any show, on any night, in three years. Arrow was The CW’s most watched premiere since The Vampire Diaries in 2009. and was also the most watched show in the Wednesday 8PM time period in more than three years.

On October 17, actress Kelly Hu guest stars in the role of DC Comics villain who’s out to kill Katie Cassidy’s character, Laurel, after Arrow star Stephen Amell works to get his Oliver McQueen’s death certificate repealed.

In the newly released Arrow photos for “Honor Thy Father”, fans get a look at Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Willa Holland as Thea, Kelly Hu as China White, Katie Cassidy as Laurel, and David Ramsey as Diggle.

Arrow – “Honor Thy Father”

KELLY HU GUEST STARS AS DC COMICS VILLAIN CHINA WHITE — Oliver (Stephen Amell) heads to the courthouse to get his death certificate repealed and is pleasantly surprised to run into Laurel (Katie Cassidy), who is there prosecuting Martin Somers (guest star Ty Olsson), a criminal with ties to the Chinese Triad.

Oliver recognizes Martin’s name from his father’s book and sets his sights on taking him down. Martin orders the Triad to “take care of” Laurel so they send their top mercenary – China White (Hu) – after her, an act that culminates in a battle between Arrow and China White.

Meanwhile, Moira (Susanna Thompson) and Walter (guest star Colin Salmon) ask Oliver to take over the company. Colin Donnell, Willa Holland, David Ramsey and Paul Blackthorne also star. David Barrett directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Marc Guggenheim and written by Andrew Kreisberg & Marc Guggenheim (102).
