Supernatural actor Jensen Ackles steps behind the camera on October 17 to direct the episode called “Heartache” about a string of mysterious murders.
Now the Winchester brothers back on The CW airwaves for an eighth season, Sam (Ackles) and Dean (Jared Padalecki) find themselves caught up in a twisted string of strange organ donor related murders in the upcoming October 17 episode “Heartache.”
Jensen Ackles pulls double duty on “Heartache” as both actor and director, also directing his father Alan in the episode, as the Winchesters deal with a muder suspect who’s spouting some old time Supernatural mumbo-jumbo.
Organs, murders, and Supernatural mumbo-jumbo? You won’t find that anywhere else on a Wednesday night.
In newly released CW photos for “Heartache”, fans get a look at Jensen Ackles as Dean, Jared Padalecki as Sam, Liane Balaban as Amelia, Paul Boyle as Arthur, and Jensen’s father Alan Ackles as Detective Pike.
