Rapper Jay-Z recently received parenting advice from President Barack Obama

Rapper Jay-Z recently received parenting and relationship support from President Obama who did an interview with Cleveland’s Z107.9 radio station.

While speaking with Cleveland’s Z107.9 , President Obama shared a few details about what he and friend Jay-Z talk about when it comes to family. As fans know, Jay-Z and wife Beyoncé welcomed their first child, daughter Blue Ivy, back in January of this year.

“We talk about the same things I talk about with all my friends,” said President Obama. “We talk about the kids. I made sure that Jay-Z was helping Beyoncé out [with baby Blue Ivy] and not leaving it all to mom and the mother-in-law.”

So does that mean Jay-Z is changing diapers and preparing bottles? If President Obama has anything to do with it, the answer is yes.

The president went on to say that both Jay-Z and Beyonce are good, down-to-Earth people and that both Beyonce and Michelle Obama are good friends with each other.

President Obama and Jay-Z have been friends for several years. Back in 2009, Beyoncé performed the Etta James classic “At Last” for Obama at the President’s inaugural ball.

Jay-Z is coming off a string of eight sold out shows at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn not far away from where he grew up. President Obama is coming off of his second debate with GOP candidate Mitt Romney.

Do you have any advice for Jay-Z or President Obama?
