One Direction prepare for the video premiere of “Kiss You” from their new album Take Me Home

The British lads of One Direction kicked off 2013 with a preview of their upcoming music video for “Kiss You” from the group’s new album Take Me Home.

Ahead of the full video premiere of “Kiss You” on Monday, January 7, One Direction gave fans a sneak peek in the way of a 30-second clip with the tagline, “The video blockbuster that’s one epic adventure.”

In the “Kiss You” video, all five One Direction guys are decked out in sailor uniforms and trapped in a makeshift prison while strumming on guitars.

According to the guys of One Direction, the “Kiss You” video is filled with, “Stupid dancing, loads of different locations and lots of fun.” As band member Harry Styles recently revealed, it’s their favorite video to date.

“Kiss You” reunited One Direction with director Vaughan Arnell, who worked with the guys on videos for “Live While We’re Young” and “Little Things.”

The 2012 release of Take Me Home gave One Direction fans 13 new songs, including the massively successful “Live While We’re Young” and “Little Things.” Following the November release, Take Me Home has already sold close to 2 million albums in North America alone.
