Austin based alt-rockers Courrier will soon release their new album on March 12 titled Cathedrals of Color, which features the new single “Inch of Rope”.

Although the Texas foursome released A Violent Flame in 2011 with the engineering and mixing prowess of producer Adam Hawkins (Switchfoot), Courrier enlisted the great Tim Palmer (U2, Pearl Jam, The Cure) in 2012 to produce Cathedrals of Color.

As a result of Palmer’s elite mixing of the album, Courrier has taken their sound to new heights in the vein of such other great bands as Coldplay, 30 Seconds To Mars, and U2.

To date, as the band continues their rise to the top of music, Courrier has been featured on The CW’s Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries, 90210, as well as ABC Family’s Jane by Design and Pretty Little Liars. After their national television debut on The Vampire Diaries, Courrier’s emotional anthem “Between” raced up the iTunes alternative chart peaking at #52.

Cathedrals of Color also features the top 50 radio single “Love is a Fire”. To plug yourself into the new single “Inch of Rope”, get the new Courrier single on iTunes. To stay up to date with all things Courrier visit the band on Facebook and Twitter.
