A&E Network announced it will premiere a powerful documentary “Warren Jeffs: Prophet of Evil” focused on the untold story of the incarcerated cult leader.
Examining the mind and psychological background of the polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, the documentary “pulls back the curtain on the now imprisoned religious prophet to an estimated 15,000 followers of the FLDS Church who, before going to jail for two felony counts of child sexual assault in 2011, is said to have married at least 78 wives and have more than 50 children and controlled millions of dollars for the church,” says A&E’s press release.
“Warren Jeffs: Prophet of Evil” is a special two-hour documentary giving viewers an inside look at a
cult community led by Jeffs including interviews with his family and former members of the church “and the story of Elissa Wall, the child bride who became the lead witness in the trail that ultimately put Jeffs in prison.”
Don’t miss this special event when “Warren Jeffs: Prophet of Evil” premieres on Monday, February 19 at 9 pm ET on A&E.
