The “Mission Impossible: Fallout” actor Simon Pegg talks about working with co-star Tom Cruise, and what it is like to see the Hollywood star do his own stunts.
Pegg explains, “He’s so committed to making films…that he will literally put his life on the line in order to get it done, or to deliver something which no-one else doesn’t, you know.”
“It is too dangerous. And I talk to him about it, and we all say it – me and Rebecca both have conversations like: ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’”
Even with the incredible work of CG, for the audience it still isn’t real. “Tom realized that if you actually do it there’s a degree of subconscious thrill there, which is the feeling that: this is real.”
“Mission Impossible: Fallout” will be released this Friday, July 27 in the United States.
