THE DEADBOLT: Alexis, how’s your knee doing?

ALEXIS JONES: Oh, it’s doing much better. Thank you so much. It just ended up being a bad bone bruise, so I was on crutches for a while and I did some rehab, but I’m pretty golden right now.

THE DEADBOLT: Do you think you would’ve been medically evacuated if you weren’t voted out?

ALEXIS: No, because basically it was just incredibly painful. But I was willing to deal with that. As long as it wasn’t life threatening, I couldn’t really be taken out of the game without agreeing to it. And I never would’ve agreed to it, so...

THE DEADBOLT: Why did everyone pick Amanda? Don’t you think Natalie is a stronger player?

ALEXIS: Like physically, Natalie is stronger than Amanda?

THE DEADBOLT: Okay. But maybe persuasion wise she is stronger.

ALEXIS: Yeah, definitely.

JAMES: She’s got mind control.

ALEXIS: I don’t know. I think that Amanda, and this is meant to be a compliment, was a bigger threat on the jury because people liked her. And so at that point, if you’re whittling down to a smaller and smaller amount of people, you start looking at [stuff like] it’s less about who’s the physical threat as much as who’s the jury threat, who’s the social threat. Amanda obviously had Ozzy on the jury and she obviously had James on the jury. If people have automatic [votes], that poses a major threat.

THE DEADBOLT: Who do you think is going to take it all?

ALEXIS: I’m rooting for my girl, Natalie, but that’s just the Texas [thing]. You know, I gotta go for my girl because Texans are crazy and we do things like that.
