Tin Man becomes SCI FI's "most watched miniseries"
December 5, 2007

As we reported on Monday, the recently aired SCI FI miniseries Tin Man was a huge hit with fans after the first night. Now, after all of the ratings numbers have been tabulated, SCI FI has struck gold again now that Tin Man, according to the official SCI FI press release, has become "the most-watched miniseries event in SCI FI history, surpassing the success of the Channel’s previous Emmy-winning events, Steven Spielberg Presents TAKEN and Frank Herbert’s Dune." If that's not enough as we head into the Christmas season, SCI FI gave themselves the perfect gift since Tin Man was also the top cable miniseries of 2007.

Like we also mentioned on Monday, the SCI FI Channel has been steadily on the rise, capturing a huge chunk of the geek-centric fantasy science fiction lovers within the coveted 18-49 demographic with such huge original programming hits as Battlestar Galactica, Eureka, Steven Spielberg's Taken, Frank Herbert’s Dune, and now Tin Man.

AND... for anyone who missed the event, SCI FI will rebroadcast the miniseries, in its entirety, on Sunday, December 9 @ 5pm-11pm ET/PT.
