Jessica Simpson Hospitalized, Released

While the reports from In Touch magazine hit the internet that pop-diva-turned-part-time-actress Jessica Simpson, 27, was hospitalized on Friday for a minor kidney infection, news came down the online information pike just as quick that Simpson was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday. A representative for Jessica Simpson confirmed to the Associated Press that Simpson was indeed released on Monday and is feeling much better.

Well, that's pretty much the end of the story, right?

But wait, there's more... the celebrity world has even more to say, as In Touch magazine reports that Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current flame of Jessica Simpson, Tony Romo, wanted to visit her in the hospital but couldn't make the trip due to prior commitments.
