Amy Winehouse Arrested on Suspicion of Assault

After a whirlwind 2007 filled with highs and lows, including a prior December arrest, British singing sensation Amy Winehouse, 24, was arrested on Friday on suspicion of assault resulting from allegations that Winehouse got into an altercation with two men during a night out on the town the previous evening. Although Amy Winehouse breezed by awaiting reports at a London police station, the authorities wouldn’t confirm whether Winehouse was in custody. Instead, according to the Associated Press, the police confirmed that the "Rehab" singer was being held on suspicion of assault.

The AP further reveals that an unnamed man was quoted in a tabloid publication as saying that "... he was hit by Winehouse when he got in her way while she was playing pool at a bar in the Camden neighborhood and then head-butted another who was trying to hail her a cab in the early hours of Wednesday morning."

So, does this mean Any Winehouse...
