M Night Shyamalan's "The Happening" Trailer Finally Online

Say what you will about director M. Night Shyamalan, but the guy has made some great movies. Even if you didn’t like The Village and Lady in the Water, Shyamalan’s name still sparks debate throughout the movie community. After the trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming film, The Happening, hit the web and then disappeared shortly thereafter, Fox has now released a new trailer for the film.

Starring Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, John Leguizamo, and Betty Buckley, opening on June 13, The Happening follows the events of an apocalyptic "happening," which forces a couple to run for their lives as people begin to suffer from a bizarre unknown force that threatens the fate of humanity.

After The Sixth Sense and Signs, even Unbreakable, we’ll always cut Night a break on new projects to see if can reclaim the magic of his early films. At this point, The Happening trailer looks dam cool. Head this way to check it out.
