Parachute Live From Daryl’s House for 20th Episode
by Troy Rogers

For the Virginia based band, Parachute, 2009 has been their year to glide their way from the musical sky to success. Parachute first kicked off 2009 with a performance in Times Square on New Year’s Eve, then it was on to a gig at SXSW to promote their debut release, "Losing Sleep," which dropped in May, before hitting the road to join O.A.R on tour ahead of a live performance on the CBS Early Show.

As the opportunities continued to roll in for Will Anderson (guitars, piano, lead vocals), Kit French (saxophone, keyboards, vocals), Alex Hargrave (bass), Johnny Stubblefield (drums), and Nate McFarland (lead guitar, vocals), Parachute received a recent once in a lifetime gig when they appeared on the web series, Live From Daryl's House'! to perform with the legendary Daryl Hall and his band.

Fans of both Parachute and Daryl Hall get a casual jam session in the clip, which Parachute lead singer, Will Anderson, was happy to be a part of, as he recently explained. "Getting to do Live From Daryl's House was amazing. We had an absolute blast singing some of the Daryl Hall and John Oates songs I grew up listening to and hope we'll get to jam with Daryl and the guys again soon!"

Here's a look at the official lowdown on Parachute on Live From Daryl’s House with the link to check out the session:
