MTV reports that Twilight Saga star Robert Pattinson recently did an interview with the U.K.'s Another Man magazine in which Pattinson reveals he isn't an attention seeker and didn't get into the Twilight business of acting to gain any notoriety, "I don't want to be an actor for the sake of it," Pattinson revealed. "I don't find any particular pleasure in being an attention-seeker."
Unfortunately for Robert Pattinson, attention is now seeking him.
In another interesting Twilight excerpt, Robert Pattinson also comes New Moon clean that he didn't know what the Twilight Saga was when he auditioned for Twilight Saga vampire Edward Cullen, the lead love of Bella Swan played by Kristen Stewart, as Pattinson has said in other Twilight interviews. Robert Pattinson elaborated on how the Twilight Saga books weren't as Twilight popular in London, as Pattinson couldn't even buy a copy of Twilight before his Twilight Saga audition. "It's strange because even though the figures show that the books were successful and sold millions of copies, you couldn't even buy them in London," Pattinson continued. "I tried a couple of bookshops and they weren't available. Hardly anyone I knew had read them apart from one girl, a friend of my sister."
