The Twilight Truth About Robert Pattinson?

Given the frenzied popularity of the Twilight Saga and Twilight star Robert Pattinson leading up to New Moon and the increasing amount of Pattinson related stories, have you ever stopped to wonder whether the stories about Robert Pattinson are true? With so many stories about Robert Pattinson, the lead in both Twilight and New Moon plus the upcoming Twilight Saga Eclipse, do you really think everything you read about Robert Pattinson is true?

I mean, you have the news about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart winning Fantasy category awards at the Spike Scream Awards on Sunday night. As far as the veracity of that type of Robert Pattinson story, you can take a Scream Awards headline to the Twilight bank and cash it in for fact. But what about the hundreds of Robert Pattinson, Twilight and New Moon headlines we see each day and the "rumored" ongoing off-set Twilight romance saga between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart? What about the many speculation Twilight pieces from those "anonymous" eyewitnesses who have seen Robert Pattinson in a variety of non Twilight public places and on the set of the Twilight Saga Eclipse? How about the famous "sources say" line we see so much in Twilight and New Moon reports about Robert Pattinson? I guess what I'm trying to wrap my Twilight Saga brain around is what Twilight and New Moon fans use as their truth barometer when reading a Pattinson story?

Having written a variety of stories about Robert Pattinson in recent months, and read hundreds more, I sometimes have to sit back in my Twilight seat and wonder how many Twilight and New Moon fans of Robert Pattinson actually believe stories that have absolutely no evidence to support some claims being made about Robert Pattinson. I mean, take the recent Twilight related headline about a few Vancouver restaurant workers who said Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart frequent the downtown eatery and that it's obvious Pattinson and Stewart are a couple just by looking at them. Do you believe it outright just because someone says Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart "look" like a couple?

What I've been waiting for months to see is the Twilight proof and evidence rather than news from "anonymous sources". Although the Pattinson and Stewart romance saga continues in the headlines, where's the proof to the Twilight romance truth? I mean, the hard facts rather than speculation or opinion. If Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are a couple, great. But why do people believe for certain without proof? What if, after all of this Twilight time, Pattinson and Stewart aren't a couple? Interestingly, given the amount of interviews Robert Pattinson has given in recent Twilight and New Moon months, at least those can be tracked and traced despite the many dubious Pattinson quotes that have also surfaced online. But Robert Pattinson got Kristen Stewart pregnant? Remember that one? Where's the proof? Where's the Twilight related evidence? Does Robert Pattinson want to quit acting? No, that's not quite what he said. Is Robert Pattinson completely miserable? Not quite that accurate. Is Robert Pattinson a shut-in who can't venture outside and is trapped by his Twilight and New Moon fame? Not quite accurate when you see so many photos of Pattinson out on the town in Vancouver.

So what is the Twilight truth about Robert Pattinson? One recent Pattinson headline that made me laugh was the interview quote on the latest cover of OK! magazine in which Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart revealed they're just like a married couple. Although some Twilight romance trackers don't want to believe it, that quote doesn't say Pattinson and Stewart ARE a couple. Are Robert and Kristen having fun with the rumors and now fueling the Twilight romance debate? Who knows at this Twilight Saga point? With so many stories about Robert Pattinson hitting the web each day, do you really think everything you read about Robert Pattinson is true? Let me know, seriously, I'm dying to hear your Twilight Pattinson thoughts on this one.

Subject: What's True-What's Not

Well as for all these magazines I don't believe anything any of them say other than "People" because when they report stories it is usually from an interview with the actual actor or information from someone that is a relative or extremely close friend of the actors; and even then once in a while some things are questionable. But as a relationship therapist who specializes in body language I can say that I see the signs that whether they know it or not they have some very deep feelings for eachother. They may both have a significant other in their lives at the moment but I don't think they can deny those feelings forever. But like so many others have said nothing should be believed until it comes from the horses mouths. Either way I'm sure they will be good, close friends for a very long time to come.

Off course they are NOT dating. They Chemistry would suck if they were. Ever notice when married/dating actors make a movie together the chemistry is not good because they Just had a fight about the kids or which car to buy before they did the scene.

Mr & Mrs smith was pre dating.

You can believe it when one of them anounces t hat it is true! Until then......we are simply as bad as the the people taking the pictures, reporting the garbage, and making the fake videos.......give them a break......So they might be a couple....how is that going to change your life? You won't be able to date one of them......the reality of that is slim. And if they are not a couple......they did a great job acting....wow! I thought they were both great.......I thought the film was way underbudgeted......Im looking forward to New Moon....simply b/c it has to be better and I liked the first one....had never read a book until months after seeing Twilight....I have seen her stuff and his ....and they are both talented....they deserve to be happy....whatever that means to boht of them ...GOD BLESS...ROB & Kristen........GEEZ!

In the end, why does it matter? Rob is a fantastic actor with a wonderfull singing voice and ok he is certainly easy on the eye, but I can appreciate his talent without wanting to constantly inquire into his personal life. I do wish his so-called fans and the reporters would leave him in peace though, hes just trying to do a good job at what he wants to do at this moment. Yes, even at 39 years of age I would blush and stammer if he was in the same room as me but hes just a guy at the end of the day, all the attention he is having to put up with is way over the top.

AMEN! Thank God someone else out there believes the same way. No one wants to see this man up close more than me but Jeez, leave the man alone and let him work! I don't believe they are a couple, just because someone sees them together like that. They are in similar situations and have each other to talk to. They just want to do their jobs, so that all of us Twilighters can see more of their work. Stop making up stories, let them be. And on a personal note- THERE IS NOTHING HOTTER THAN ROBERT PATTINSON. THIS FROM A WOMAN OF A YOUNG 44YRS.

Dude you kinda have to take what you read in tabloids with a grain of salt. Has anyone notice that the source behind all these storys is someone 'close to the stars'. I dont know about them, but anyone close to me wouldnt be telling the tabloids stuff about me. If he is dating Kristen I say more power too them. Remember its just a movie people.

Apparently, Robert pattinson fans just cant have enough of him. He seldom makes media appearences. So there the demand is high while the supply is comparitively very low.
This leaves only one option for the media and that is to exaggerate EVERY move (no matter how small) that robert makes.
And Rob's fans, frenzied as they are, are just looking for some new piece of information about the idol they revere. So, they OBVIOUSLY believe whatever the media says about him or anyone related to him. Its only HUAMN!

I have been an adoring fan since Harry Potter days. Twilight threw him into the limelight and made him an object of relentless scrutiny. I have said from the beginning when he was doing interviews, I will not believe anything unless it comes out of his mouth. when he gets ready to talk he will and until then gossip mongers can speculate to their hearts content. Cause when the principals involved are not talking all they have is speculation and hype.
he is an absolutely unique individual, funny, smart, talented and handsome. he makes me swoon !!! i simply adore him. and wish him the best in life and love !!!

Thank you honest reporter!! I've quit buying the tabs and only read certain sites that don't repeat the stories. I'll believe only what rob and Kristen tell it themselves. Thanks again for saying what I have always believed

Subject: Finally Some Truth!

It's nice to finally read an article that outlines the truth. Unfortunately every move Rob and Kristen make is scrutinized by the media and fans alike. It must be terribly frustrating to live under a microscope. It seems the fans, at this point, will believe anything they read or hear and forget that they are both human, just like the rest of us.

All the best to both of them and thank you to both for doing such wonderful jobs of bringing our beloved book characters to life.
