Kristen Stewart Talks Twilight Sequel Under New Moon of L.A.
by Larson Hill

Under the new moon of L.A., Hollywood became Twilight town this past weekend as Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and the Twilight Saga cast touched down for the New Moon press junket. Throughout the New Moon day, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and the New Moon cast spent an L.A. junket day updating the press on all things promotional for New Moon as the Twilight sequel readies for theaters.

As L.A. played host to New Moon, the Twilight gang at Collider was in the thick of the New Moon action where they snagged a Twilight interview with Kristen Stewart plus Kristen Stewart audio.

Aside from New Moon questions about how comfortable Kristen feels playing Bella in New Moon, Stewart was also asked about New Moon director Chris Weitz. Kristen Stewart revealed that Weitz is one of the coolest, smartest guys she knows and a fine director as well. During the New Moon L.A. day, Kristen Stewart told Collider, "Chris has everything. I think to be a good director you have to be a good person and you have to care about people. I don’t know a more compassionate human being."

Although Kristen Stewart was impressed by Weitz's compassion, Stewart also elaborated on what the New Moon director brought to the Twilight sequel. "He only helped make everything better," said Kristen Stewart. "He made everything what it is. He’s incredible. I love him."

For the full New Moon chat with Kristen Stewart and how Stewart feels about the soap opera aspects of the Twilight Saga, check out the full, comprehensive New Moon, Kristen Stewart coverage at Collider.
