Britney Spears' Manny Uncovered

With her marriage to Kevin Federline hitting the rocks, and after her last nanny dropped her son, Sean Preston Federline, from a high chair, Britney Spears has hired a new nanny to help her look after her baby. However, just to add more fuel to the tabloid fire, her nanny is actually a "manny".

Britney's parenting mishaps have been front page news, whether it was driving with Sean Preston in her lap, or when Sean Preston was dropped from his high chair, or even when Britney Spears stumbled, nearly dropping Sean Preston. As a result of this, and the fact that Kevin Federline is not around, thanks to Britney reportedly signing preliminary divorce papers, Britney has hired Perry Taylor to help with Sean Preston.

Ireland On-Line reports that "Spears has recruited 28-year-old Perry Taylor to help her with her son and some members of the US media have started referring to him as her 'manny' (male nanny)." The media have been snapping photos of Britney with the mysterious man, but his identity had remained a secret until now.

Now that his identity has been uncovered, details about Kevin Federline's stand-in are surfacing rapidly. PR Inside has reported that "Taylor is a former lacrosse player for the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland."

TMZ has an exclusive interview with Perry Taylor's mother, Caroline. Caroline told TMZ that there's no chance of him becoming Spears' boyfriend, as he's already taken. "Perry's mom, Caroline, tells TMZ her son is living with a six-foot brunette (she's Perry's height) and that she's been his girlfriend for two years. Perry's mom calls the girlfriend 'a bombshell' and coos she's 'the best girl he's ever been with. They're really happy.'

Also, the TMZ interview reveals that "The All-American kid, who graduated from the Academy in 2000, wanted to work in security in Iraq and Afghanistan but, says his mom, "the women in his life talked him out of it.'" However, just because Perry's a good person, doesn't mean Kevin Federline isn't a bit resentful. Defamer.com quoted In Touch Magazine to reveal that "He feels like Britney is throwing it in his face."

Spears and Kevin Federline were married on September 18th, 2004. They had their first child together, Sean Preston Federline, on September 14th, 2005. On May 10th, 2006, Spears confirmed her second pregnancy (See Britney Spears in Pregnant Again). Britney Spears is the best-selling female artist of the 2000s, having sold 85 million albums. Her first two albums Baby, One More Time and Oops! I Did It Again were both diamond-selling albums, meaning they sold more than 10 million copies in the United States. Britney's albums include Baby, One More Time, Oops! I Did It Again, Britney, In The Zone, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative and has appeared in movies such as The New Mickey Mouse Club, Crossroads and In The Pink. Britney is also expected to release a new album in November 2006, with a world tour tentatively scheduled for 2007. News of the divorce will likely not help Kevin Federline's aspiring rap career, which is set to debut with his album in August (See Kevin Federline to Release Debut Album).
