Fresh off of giving an emotional interview to NBC's Matt Lauer, in which she tried to re-build husband Kevin Federline's image to the public, Federline has dropped his own bomb. It turns out the fledgling rapper wants to make a movie about himself, in the style of Eminem's 8 Mile.

Kevin Federline, better known as Mr. Britney Spears, has ambitions to expand his résumé to include actor, along with dancer and rapper. MSNBC quoted a source as saying "Britney has heard that Federline is working on a script and trying to get funding for the film." While it sounds like Kevin Federline will be enjoying himself, the same can't be said for Britney. "She is really upset. Britney fears Kevin just wants to promote himself at her expense to further his career."

According to The Sun, "K-Fed, 28, plans to portray himself in the same mould as Eminem in 8 Mile - a tough rapper who's risen from the streets." In an interview more than a week ago, Kevin Federline said "I wish people would ask me about my career. Usually its, 'How's the wife and kids?' The day they judge me as an artist, not Britney Spears' husband, that's the day I am looking forward to," according to Bosh.

The news of the K-Fed biopic comes hot on the heels of an interview done with Matt Lauer over the weekend. During the interview, MSNBC quoted Spears addressing the incident earlier in the year where she was photographed driving with baby Sean Preston Federline in her lap, and not in a baby seat. "I can't go anywhere without someone judging me...I did it with my dad. I'd sit on his lap and I drive. We're country." More than that, Britney would take exception to the public opinion that she isn't a good mother, saying "I know I'm a good mom."

To the paparazzi themselves, Britney told them, as individuals, "You have a life. And if you don't, you have to realize that we're people and that we... just need privacy and we need our respect. And those are things that you have to have as a human being,".according to CBS News.

These photos and this interview also come right after TMZ.com photographed Britney Spears and Kevin Federline together for the first time since March 25th. Since they hadn't been seen together for four months, speculation began to arise if the couple were getting ready to divorce. Britney Spears addressed the speculation in her interview with Matt Lauer, where The Chicago Tribune quoted her as saying her marriage was "awesome", though she called herself "an emotional wreck right now". Spears went on to say to fans that might be hoping for the demise of her marriage, "that's sad", because "I think everybody should be pro-love."

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were married on September 18th, 2004. They had their first child together, Sean Preston Federline, on September 14th, 2005. On May 10th, 2006, Spears confirmed her second pregnancy on the Late Show with David Letterman last month. Britney Spears is the best-selling female artist of the 2000s, having sold 85 million albums. Her first two albums Baby, One More Time and Oops! I Did It Again were both diamond-selling albums, meaning they sold more than 10 million copies in the United States. Britney's albums include Baby, One More Time, Oops! I Did It Again, Britney, In The Zone, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative and has appeared in movies such as The New Mickey Mouse Club, Crossroads and In The Pink. Britney is also expected to release a new album in November 2006, with a world tour tentatively scheduled for 2007. As for her rapper wannabe husband, Kevin Federline, he is expected to release his album, Playing With Fire, in August.
