Angelina Jolie has broken the media silence she has maintained since arriving in Namibia. She spoke out to help the case for universal free education and, in a change of pace from what had been reported in the previous weeks, Jolie was willing to talk about her relationship with Brad Pitt and her pregnancy.

Angelina Jolie broke the silence in order to participate in a conference call to help add her celebrity status and publicity to the call for an education to be given to the 100 million children in developing nations that are currently not in school. ABC News quoted the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider star as saying "I am really thrilled to have this opportunity … to bring this to the forefront of people's minds this week. On a rare occasion, I am really thanking the press because this is so important."

The conference call took place with two heavy hitters on board. Gordon Brown, the British Chancellor of the Exchequer was involved in the conversation. Brown has recently announced that Britain would boost its commitment to the cause by $15 billion over 10 years, and has challenged other industrialized nations to come on board and do the same. The other major player involved in the conference call was Gene Sperling, who was the top White House economic advisor back in the Clinton Administration days, and who now is the U.S. Director of the Global Campaign for Education.

As well as putting her celebrity behind the drive for universal free education, Angelina Jolie has given an exclusive interview to NBC's Ann Curry where she talks about Brad Pitt and her baby. Angelina was talking about the meeting of herself and Hollywood megahunk Brad Pitt, but never got into too many details. As ET Online quoted Jolie as saying, "It's just kind of funny. You know, when you're naturally just together and living your life, and you never have sat down and kind of [talked about it] -- so that's why I giggle about it. Because, you know, if he saw this and somebody asked, you know, about relationship questions, he would probably understand why I was laughing. Because I just don't know how to address that kind of thing."

Angelina Jolie also talked about her life and the different direction is has taken recently. As Angelina was quoted by Sky Showbiz as saying, "my life is very full. I'm very proud when I see my children, - already Mad (Maddox), just how he adjusts to different places in the world and different people and his views and the kind of man he's gonna be. I'm very lucky."

As for the most hot button topic surrounding Brangelina, Angelina Jolie told the press that she is not yet 8 months pregnant, and that the baby is nt due until late May or early June. Jolie also revealed that she knows the sex of the baby, but won't give out that information.

To add to Angelina Jolie's fame and fortune, People magazine has named Angelina Jolie the most beautiful person in Hollywood. As well, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (or, as the media loves to call them, Brangelina) have been voted the world's most beautiful couple.

Angelina Jolie, the Academy Award winning actress who has acted in movies such as Girl, Interrupted, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Taking Lives and Alexanderhas recently adopted two boys. On March 10th, 2002, Angelina adopted her first child, whose legal name now is Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt, when he was 7 months old. Jolie met the child in a Cambodian orphanage while filming Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Then, on July 5th, 2005, People Magazine reported that Angelina Jolie was attempting to adopt an Ethiopian child that had been orphaned, as her mother had died from AIDS. On January 19th, 2006, both of Angelina Jolie's babies were also adopted by Brad Pitt, giving the children the surname Jolie-Pitt.
