Mariah Carey Credits Jenny for Losing Baby Weight

Singer Mariah Carey recently credited the Jenny Craig weight loss program for losing over thirty pounds since July after the birth of her twins.

According to USA Today, Mariah Carey recently shared her thoughts about losing more than thirty pounds in four months on the Jenny Craig weight loss program. Carey, who’s now a spokes model for Jenny, revealed that Jenny Craig helped her shed the extra weight of being an expectant mother. “I feel better in every way,” said Carey to USA Today. “To me, it’s mind, body and soul. I was in a bad place physically during my pregnancy.”

Mariah Carey also mentioned how future ads for Jenny will include her song “Make It Happen”, which Carey will help people connect to her own weight loss. “I wrote that song from personal experience,” said Carey who went on to explain that the song will hopefully inspire other not to give up then battle to lose weight.
