Daniel Craig Talks Skyfalling with the Queen for London Olympics

Daniel Craig stars in Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond film, directed by Sam Mendes.

Skyfall actor Daniel Craig stopped by The Tonight Show to talk about the new James Bond film and skyfalling with the Queen for the 2012 Olympics in London.

In the newly released Tonight Show interview with Daniel Craig ahead of his new turn as James Bond in Skyfall, Craig talks about acting with Queen Elizabeth for the London 2012 Olympics. As fans will recall, Daniel Craig and the Queen worked together for a James Bond themed opening ceremony that kicked off the recent Olympics.

Daniel Craig revealed that the original idea came from director Danny Boyle before Craig found himself en route to Buckingham Palace. Craig also talks about meeting the Queen for the premiere of Casino Royale, the amount of words he’s spoken to her since, and the takes he did for her appearance.

As well, for those who may have missed the Skyfall bit, fans get to see the actual Olympic spot with Craig and the Queen.

In the second part of The Tonight Show interview, Daniel Craig talks more about Skyfall, working with the cast and cars of the upcoming 23rd James Bond film.

Skyfall hits theaters on November 9 and is already being hailed as one of the best James Bond films in the history of the franchise.
