The Following Episode 2 Preview: Behind the Scenes on ‘Chapter Two’

The Following "Chapter Two"  (c) 2013 FOX. All rights reserved.Ahead of the second episode of The Following called “Chapter Two”, Fox released a series of new behind-the-scenes preview photos of Kevin Bacon on set.

After The Following made a successful debut last Monday night on Fox, the network released new behind-the-scenes photos from the set that show Kevin Bacon in character as FBI agent Ryan Hardy who captured escaped serial killer Joe Carroll, played by actor James Purefoy.

In the newly released photos of “Chapter Two”, Kevin Bacon sizes up a few scenes while James Purefoy sits in a white corrections jumpsuit while being filmed. As well, fans of The Folliwjng also get a look at Shawn Ashmore in the role of young FBI agent Mike Weston whose hero is Bacon’s Ryan Hardy.

The the second episode of The Following, Ryan Hardy, Agent Mike Weston and FBI Specialist Debra Parker, who is brought in to lead the investigation into Joe Carroll and his followers, dive deeper into the history of Carroll’s psyche. To do so, they enlist the help of Carroll’s ex-wife, and Hardy’s former love, Claire Matthews (Natalie Zea). Meanwhile, Emma (Valorie Curry), Jacob (Nico Tortorella) and Paul (Adan Canto) keep Claire’s son Joey (Kyle Catlett) at a house in the country as they prepare for their next move.

The Following average 10.3 million viewers in its timeslot on Monday to win the ratings night at 8pm. “Chapter Two” airs Monday, January 28 at 8pm.
