Simpson Producer Discovers Continuity Error 23 Years Later

5 months ago by admin

“DOH!” Over two decades after the fact, Simpsons producer Matt Selman has discovered a glaring continuity error from a classic episode of the animated sitcom. Over the course of 29 seasons, the beloved FOX animated comedy has become well-known for its complete disregard for maintaining continuity between episodes.

Screen Rant reports that a flashback scene in season 6’s episode, “And Maggie Makes Three,” an error occurred. In the scene where Homer and Marge discuss being pregnant with Maggie, a photo of Maggie can be seen hanging on the wall directly behind them. Incredibly, no one spotted the error in over 20 years.
